We are so pleased with the level of interest in our first-ever Hot Toddy Tumble in support of MBK617! With the health and safety of our neighbors top of mind, we have closed registration to ensure we keep our numbers below the City of Boston guidelines for outdoor gatherings.
If you weren’t able to register for the Tumble but would still like to donate, we will be collecting donations through 5 pm on Sunday, December 20. While MBK617 collects gifts for all those in need, the need for children 10-18 is usually greatest. Appropriate gifts include toys, clothes, and gift cards. We suggest keeping the cost of individual gifts between $15-30. More than one donation is welcomed! Gifts should be unwrapped. Gifts can be dropped off on the front porch or mailbox at 4 Windermere Rd, Apartment 1. Ring the first-floor doorbell to let them know you have left a gift.

MBK617 is a Dorchester-based nonprofit created to provide mentoring to young men and boys in the Boston community aged 8 and up. The goal is to show the youth that they can make choices that will lead them to increased academic growth and professional opportunities.
