Affordable Unit Applications for Dot Block are Now Live

Dot Block | Affordable Apartment Rentals in Boston (maloneyaffordable.com)

Maloney will be in available in person in the Pleasant Lobby 5 Days in March:

  • Monday 3/20 10am-1pm
  • Tuesday 3/21 10am-1pm
  • Thursday 3/23 3pm-6pm
  • Saturday 3/25 10am-1pm
  • Monday 3/27 3pm-6pm

Application deadline is April 6th.

Online applications must be submitted by this date and mailed in applications must be postmarked by this date and sent out to the office.  Lottery Drawing is 4/26.

Showings/Screening/BPDA Review begin in May with BPDA returning approvals beginning mid-May.

Move-ins will be within 60 Days of the applicant receiving BPDA approval.
