2022 Elections
By-Law Amendments
In partnership with the Harvard Legal Clinic, we have made a serious of proposed adjustments to our By-Laws that will allow our association to operate more efficiently. Some of the changes simply clear up ambiguities and others were made to bring us into legal compliance with IRS guidelines and general legal recommendations.
During our May meeting, we reviewed the changes, which can be viewed in the Meeting Minutes (link here).

Please note that in order to hold a vote for the by-law changes, there must be a quorum of 50% of all the voting JHA members present at the June 8th meeting. Attendance will be taken prior to the by-law vote. The proposed amendments must have at least two-thirds of the affirmative vote of the voting members present to be adopted.
