By-Law Proposal Update

Stephen walked through the proposed changes, which will be proposed during May’s meeting and on which we will vote in June.

  • We worked with an Attorney from the Harvard Legal Clinic
  • Worked through basic grammatical and consistency errors
  • Classified member resident dues
  • Adjusts voting eligibility
  • Allows members to be removed from membership for a variety of reasons, ie: move out of jones hill, death, member conduct.
  • We will set up a meeting to review the changes in advance of the May GM meeting.  All are welcome to attend and provide feedback – either at the meeting or ad hoc.
