Mission: The JHA Governance Committee is a special committee (established in FY2021 and will be serving for the FY2021-2022 Season) that provides guidance and written reports to the Board of Directors on the establishment of and amendments to JHA governance documents (By-Laws, Standard Operating Procedures, and Code of Conduct), and may be called upon to ensure that members and officers are living up to the objectives and aspirations set forth therein.

- Start Code of Conduct.
- According to the JHA By-Laws, committee membership is to be approved by the Board of Directors. However, all JHA Members are welcome to attend these meetings on an as-needed basis. Please RSVP to email@example.com so that we can update you in the case of any last-minute schedule changes.
As these are working meetings, the output documents will serve as a proxy for meeting minutes, unless additional details/context are needed.
